My approach focuses on the burning desire for humans to connect and feel a part of something. Firstly, you need to use insight to understand your audience, and then you can authentically add value into their lives. This is what I call ‘Meaningful Marketing’. This can be done by helping them communicate with one another, teaching them a new skill or being a source of entertainment and inspiration. Each group will have its own set of needs; driven by a common purpose and set of values.

I always look to tap into this human need across both online and offline worlds, in one seamless journey. My expertise covers traditional and digital media, content, social media, websites, SEO, analytics, live experiences and partnerships.

We've worked with Chris since 2013 on the ongoing direction and strategy of our community initiative with England Rugby, 'O2 Touch'. Chris has provided excellent consultancy, reviewing what's been done and helped us shape direction for the future. He also worked on Wear the Rose, our broader activation positioning, and helped run the O2 Touch Tour across the country in 2015.
